Parents,

First meet tonight! Please read through everything below, even if you are a veteran swim parent, because much has changed due to the new Meet Central system.

• Please make every effort to have your swimmer at Woodhaven by 5pm. Age group parents will need to account for each and ensure their new swimmer number is written on their arm or back - even the older swimmers.
• Swimmer numbers are posted in the clubhouse and are listed in the heat sheet. This number will remain the same throughout the season.
• If you ordered a cap and have not received it, I will have it at the meet. If you need a cap, you must order it on Swimtopia today and I’ll have it ready for you at Woodhaven. I can’t take cash, so you must order online.
• If you are a timer or stroke and turn judge, please download the Meet Central App before you arrive and make sure your phone or ipad is charged fully. I’ll have chargers available if needed. The meet referee would like to have a meeting with all of us right at 5:00, so please let me know if you are not able to get there by then. (just timers and s&t)
• I will send out a reminder to all who volunteered to work this meet and if you have any questions about your position, reach out to me, Dan Eckert or John Boyd.
• Finally, as I said last Thursday, I truly believe Meet Central is going to be a great system. However, this being the first time it is used by LSA, please have patience tonight as we get used to it.
