Even though it feels like we just left Woodhaven, it's time to declare availability for our next meet. Signups for our June 11 meet vs. Wolf Creek at WST will close at 11:00AM tomorrow. Even if your child is not swimming, please declare them Unavailable.

Our volunteer coordinator, Katie Pehlke, will be out of town for the next two home meets and I need someone to take over the role. Please let me know if you are able - you'd need to get to the meet by 5:00, sign in all volunteers and make sure they have everything they need. It's very easy!

Additionally, if your family or company would like t0 sponsor our team this summer, please contact Marci Shuman or me. Cost is $300, with name/logo recognition on the new banner to be hung at the pool. We appreciate all of our sponsors who make the FUN things possible on our swim team, such as those below! Saturday, June 9, approximately 9:-11AM, we will be running a mock meet to test the Meet Central system and work out all of the kinks. If you'd like to help as a practice timer or stroke and turn judge while your child is practicing, swing by and find me. 

Tuesday, June 12 - during and after evening practices - Ice Cream Party for all swimmers. Please RSVP on Swimtopia so committee can plan/buy accordingly

Saturday, June 23, during and after morning practices - Donuts and Tie-Dye Party. Bring a plain white t-shirt to tie-dye - these will be our "team" shirts for the rest of the meets! (Michaels and Hobby Lobby are great places to get inexpensive t-shirts) Please RSVP on Swimtopia and sign up to assist with tie-dying.

More to come regarding our first home meet including requirements for timers and stroke and turn judges, concession stand bake sale, etc.
