The heat sheet for Championships is attached. Please print your own copy, we will not be bringing extras, especially if you have signed up to volunteer. 

• Pool Set up: We need your help! Members of all teams will be setting the tables, chairs and tents up for computers, timers, and clerk of course and team areas Saturday night at 7pm… this is to avoid the confusion and congestion we experienced last year. If you can spare 20-30 minutes tomorrow evening, please let me know. The same goes for tear down - all teams are responsible for taking down the same tables, tents and chairs. WE HAVE 20-30 MINUTES TO TEAR DOWN BEFORE POOL IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN AT 1PM. We need as much help as possible so we can be good stewards of hosts.
• Parking: There will be a church service in the community center the morning of our meet. Please do not park in the upper lot around community center. There is a great deal of parking available in lower lots and outside pool fence. 
• Warm ups times:

• Meet begins at 8 am
• Break: We will have a very brief break (or none at all if we are behind) so all timers, workers, etc. come to the meeting at the beginning of the meet so we can switch out quickly mid-meet.
• Pool: The zero depth pool and slide will be closed, please keep your swimmers out of this area.
• Team Area Set up: all teams will set up on the concrete just like  last year with the exception on CF and FS which will set up behind the clerk of course. Space is limited, so be courteous of all. Swimmers will enter clerk of course by going behind the slide. Please do not try and go over the bridge - it is for officials and emergencies only!
• There are no bleachers, please bring chairs. Keep the sidewalk clear to allow for swimmers and officials to move down the side of the pool. 
• Body Paint /Hair Color: A swimmer that has temporary body or hair paint will not be allowed in the pool. Please refrain from having your swimmers write on their bodies in a manner that could be offensive.
• Food: Masterson’s will be serving hot breakfast, Coffee, Water, Gatorade etc., make sure to thank them for coming out! We don’t know if Oldham County will have the concession stand open.

Don't forget to join your friends back at the pool after Champs for a celebration starting at 4:00PM. We'll provide dessert. If you have any questions, please ask me or Christina.
