The Clerk of Course and Assistant Clerk of Course,, plays an important part in ensuring a well run meet. They are responsible for assembling the swimmers in accordance with the order of events; holding the swimmers ready on the deck in an already dedicated area, instructing the swimmers to wait behind or adjacent to the starting position until the Starter takes control of the race.  As age group parents, you already do this, you just take to the lane instead of organizing them in chairs.  We need two people to volunteer. Like we have started before, the slate wipes clean for champs and Quals.
