Info for Sunday: John Black Aquatic Center -Buckner, KY.

The heat sheet has not been sent yet, but when it is, please mark your child up. First and last name along with age group on right shoulder and number on both arms. You can put their event, heat, and lane as well on their arm or leg. It will be too early in the morning with warm-ups so soon,  and then when they get wet, it’s hard to write on them with a sharpie. 

Warm-ups start at 6:55. Ours begin at 7:10. Please arrive before then. 

Parking: There will be a church service in the community center the morning of our meet. Please do not park in the upper lot around community center. There is a great deal of parking available in lower lots and outside pool fence. Please instruct your parents to park there.

• Stopwatch timers should have their Stopwatch, heat sheet, clipboard and pen or pencil
• Swimmingly timers should be prepared with App Downloaded, on Airplane Mode/ Wifi on – Password:swimmingly

Meet begins after National Anthem

Pool: The zero depth pool and slide will be closed, please keep your swimmers out of this area.

Body Paint /Hair Color: A swimmer that has body paint or that has colored their hair will not be allowed in the pool. (By hair color I am talking about the temporary stuff that comes out in the water when they are swimming). Please refrain from having your swimmers write on their bodies in a manner that could be offensive.

Food: Please support these vendors as they are supporting us.

Tikiz Truck will be serving Doughnuts, Coffee and of course Shaved Ice and Ice Cream.

Wiltshire Pantry & Bakery - Will be providing Croissants, Specialty Coffees, Breakfast Sandwiches Etc.

Oldham County Concessions - will have the concession stand open.
