Hello, Dolphin Families!

We have our first dual meet against Copperfield tomorrow night - how exciting!

Meet Information:

The Copperfield meet is a home meet at the Woods of St. Thomas. The home team is the first to warm up at 5pm. Please have your swimmer/s ready to be in the pool and warming up at that time! This includes having their names and events written on them. The meet will be starting promptly at 6pm. The events move quickly, so please be paying attention! The last thing we want is for any swimmer to miss their race. The heat sheet for tomorrow is attached to this email, so please review it and reach out with any questions. If you know that your child can no longer attend, please let us know so we can make proper adjustments.

Our team area is outside of the pool area, to the right, by the trees. There will be tents set up in that area for the swimmers to rest between events. Please keep your swimmers in that area, so the Age Group Parents can easily find them. There will be concessions available for purchase during tomorrow's meet, but we still encourage you to bring snacks and drinks for the kids.

Picture Day Tomorrow:

Team picture day is before the Copperfield Meet Monday, June 2nd at 4pm. The individual swimmer photos will be used for trophies at the end of the season, so please wear a team suit if you have it. There will be a makeup picture day on June 28th.

Volunteering:

If you are signed up to volunteer at this meet please be there on time! We need all of the volunteers for our meets to run smoothly. If for any reason you are running late or cannot attend the meet, please let us know as soon as possible.

We still need THREE parent volunteers for the meet TOMORROW! We need a Data Organizer for the meet and TWO Stroke and Turn Judges for the 2nd half of the meet. If you are able to volunteer, please reach out and let us know, and we can sign you up. The meet cannot run without these essential volunteers. As a reminder, you must fulfill your FOUR volunteer requirements or you will be charged the volunteer penalty fee at the end of the season. Lastly, the closer we get to the end of the season, the quicker those spots fill up, so please let us know if you can volunteer! We appreciate all of the help, it really makes the difference!

Parking:

We know that our parking lot is not the largest, so be mindful to not park next to any medians or no parking signs tomorrow. We appreciate your cooperation!
