Good Afternoon, Dolphin Families!

Tomorrow evening is our meet against Woodhaven! We have over 125 swimmers participating in the meet tomorrow, which we are so excited about!

Meet information:

The meet tomorrow is a home meet at the Woods of St. Thomas. Warmups will begin at 5pm, and please have your kids ready to get in the water at that time. The meet will be starting promptly at 6pm. We will have a Neon Theme, so please feel free to dress in any neon that you may own! The heat sheet for tomorrow is attached to this email, so please reach out with any questions that you may have! If you know that your child can no longer attend, please let us know so we can make proper adjustments.

Volunteering:

If you are signed up to volunteer at this meet please be there on time! We need all of the volunteers for our meets to run smoothly. If for any reason you are running late or cannot attend the meet, please let us know as soon as possible.

We still need THREE parent volunteers for the meet tomorrow! We need a Girls 10u Age Group Parent, a Girls 8u Age Group Parent, and a Data Organizer. Please let us know if you are able to volunteer in any of these positions tomorrow! Just a friendly reminder, that you must complete all FOUR of your volunteer requirements before the end of the season, or you will be charged the volunteer penalty fee.
