Good Evening, Dolphin Families!

Can you all believe that we are already half way through the season? It has really flown by!

Meet Information:

Tomorrow is our first AWAY meet at Wolf Creek! The address is 4400 Wolfspring Drive, which is only about 8 minutes from the Woods of St. Thomas – yay for close meets! We will be competing against both Wolf Creek and Bridgepointe tomorrow evening. Both teams are on the smaller side, so do not worry, we should wrap up around the same time! Our warmups are at 5:30pm, please be sure to have your swimmers ready with their events written on them prior to warmups. Since we are the away team, our warmups are second, and there is a very quick turn around from the end of our warmups to the start of the meet at 6pm.

There will be a concession stand at the meet that takes cash, card, and Apple Pay! Please take note of the no parking signs that will be posted at the pool, and only park where permitted. Our team will be set up in the grass area, so feel free to bring bug spray!

Heat Sheet:

The heat sheet for tomorrow’s meet is attached to this email. The combined heats are outlined in a red box. The qualification times are also above each event! There was also some extra room in the meet, so we do have some swimmers participating in races as exhibition entries, and it is noted next to their name. This means that the swimmers will swim for a time, but will not be eligible for points or placement. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Volunteering:

We still need FOUR volunteers for tomorrow’s away meet. We need TWO Ribbon Coordinators, a 6u Boy Age Group Parent, and 10u Boy Age Group Parent. Please let us know if you are able to assist in any of these positions! Also, remember to finish your volunteering requirements, as we only have two remaining dual meets! We appreciate everyone’s help, we could not do it without you!

Lastly, if you happen to see our wonderful LSA representatives, Tanika Taylor or Erin Weigle, please take a moment to thank them! They handle so much behind the scenes (including many late night and early morning texts from us) to make these meets possible! We could not do any of this without them!
