Good Evening, Dolphin Families!

Meet Information:

The meet this evening is an AWAY meet at Oldham County. The address is 1551 N Highway 393 and is about 20 minutes away from WST. Our warmups will begin at 5:30 PM, so please have your swimmers ready to be in the water at that time. The meet will start at 6 PM, so please be aware of the quick turn around time.

There will be concessions available at the meet for purchase, but please bring plenty of water, gatorade, etc. it will be very hot outside!

The heat sheet is attached to this email, so please let us know if there are any issues!

Volunteer Information:

We still need 16 volunteers for tonight! The job signups are still open, so we’d appreciate it if you can volunteer where able! Remember you must fulfill your FOUR volunteer requirements to not be charged the volunteer penalty fee. Oldham County is an 8 lane pool, so Age group parents just beware that we will have a few extra lanes tomorrow evening.
