Good Evening, Dolphin Families!

Can you all believe we only have one meet left until qualifications? The season has flown by! We have truly enjoyed coaching your kids and seeing them improve throughout the season.

We have attached a list of every swimmer's best times from the 2025 season so far! This document will allow you to view their top times in every event, along with the qualification times, and a few other details. We are very proud to share that we have seen time improvements from almost every swimmer this summer, and many have already earned qualifying times. This document will help you and your family determine if your swimmer is eligible to sign up for the qualifications meet, as well as see their top times! However, we still have one meet left and will send out an updated version after the JCC meet! Please take a moment to review it, and let us know if you have any questions.

Also, if you have not already, please look over the schedule that Monica sent regarding the rest of the season. We want everyone to be aware of the remaining events we have scheduled!

Qualifications:

The Qualifications meet will be held at Copperfield on Tuesday, July 8th, which is right around the corner. We will be celebrating with a Stars and Stripes theme for this meet! To be eligible, swimmers must have at least one qualification time and have participated in at least two other meets. Swimmers are limited to a maximum of 3 individual events, excluding the 100m freestyle.

The top 16 swimmers in each event will move on to the championship meet, as well as two alternates for possible scratches. Also, a swimmer must participate in this meet in order to swim in an individual event at the championship meet. However, they may be able to participate in a relay at championships, even without participation at qualifications.

We understand summer swim team often conflicts with other commitments. If you are available for championships but not qualifications, please let us know, as this must be established prior to qualifications. Please note: all relays for championships are solely based upon times, so we cannot guarantee a spot on a relay.
